You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow others to access your Account. You agree to notify mha168 immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. mha168 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on mha168. Creating multiple Accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") for any reason, including but not limited to claiming duplicate bonuses, circumventing limits, or engaging in fraudulent activity, is strictly prohibited. mha168 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances and winnings.
mha168 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our legal and regulatory obligations, we require all Players to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide the following documents upon request:
Document verification is typically completed within 1-24 hours during business days (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM WIB). Submissions made on weekends or Indonesian public holidays may experience slightly longer processing times. mha168 reserves the right to request additional documentation or clarification if the initial submission is unclear or incomplete.
Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of your first withdrawal request may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals. mha168 may also suspend or close Accounts that provide fraudulent, falsified, or altered verification documents. All decisions regarding KYC compliance are final and at the sole discretion of mha168.

You are responsible for any such third-party fees. Deposits made outside of regular Indonesian banking hours may experience delays depending on your payment provider's processing times.

If we discover that a Player is under 21 years of age, we will immediately close their Account and return any deposited funds (excluding any winnings, which will be forfeited).

All content on the mha168 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, software, and game interfaces, is the property of mha168 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from mha168.
You may close your mha168 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Account balance (after deducting applicable fees or adjustments) will be returned to your registered payment method. Active bonuses will be forfeited upon Account closure.
mha168 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if you:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of mha168 services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, conducted in the Indonesian language under the rules of the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI). The arbitrator's decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
